2020: Are We All Going To Die?

Till now we have heard the news of the end of the world quite often. Like some people had claimed that in 2012 the world will end. But as the year passed, nothing happened according to the estimate of the peoples. But 2020, about which there was no rumour spread, that year came as a very disastrous.


2020 is a very destructive year because so many incidents have happened in this year so far, during which many people lost their lives. Everyone was busy in their everyday life that suddenly many unexpected devastations knocked on everyone's door. Almost half year has passed but still nothing has changed. One problem does not go away, the other comes first. 

Countless incidents have occurred in 2020 which seems to be the end of the world. Like corona virus(covid-19) outbreaks. It was first identified in wahan, a city in China in December 2019 and was recognised as a pandemic by world health organisation(WHO). It is infectious disease. And now it has spreaded all over the world. Some countries have overcome this, but some countries are still suffering.

After corona virus outbreak, tragedies began to occur one after another. Like -
  • Bushfires in Australia that killed 100s of millions of animals and 33 peoples; 
  • Turkey earthquake caused 41 deaths;
  • Ukrainian jetliner crash in Iran that killed 176;
  • Devastating floods in Indonesia killed 66 peoples;
  • Taal volcano, the 2nd most active volcano in the Philippines, erupted;
  • Pakistan international airlines flight crashed into houses in Karachi killed 97 peoples
  • More than hundred people were killed by the heaviest snowfall to hit the disputed Himalayan region of Kashmir;
  • Gas plant explosion in Lagos, Nigeria killed at least 15 people and destroyed about 50 buildings;
  • Super cyclonic storm amphan was a powerful and deadly cyclone that caused widespread damage in in India (West Bengal, Orissa, Andaman islands), Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Bhutan;

And there are many more incidents happened that makes us realize that the world is going to end soon.

Today we all are imprisoned in our own homes. Staying locked in the house for so many days, we realise how difficult it is to spend our entire life in one place, like animals in cage. But quarantine was also necessary because covid-19 was spreading so fast that there was no other option, because it's vaccine has not been made yet.

What did nature not give us, yet we continued to go against her, for whom she is taking revenge today and will continue to take.

Nowadays I hear a lot about suicide. I feel like this is a common disease going on in people. Is suicide the only way to avoid your problems? Can't we solve the problems in another way? My opinion is that the suicide never ends the problem, but ends the life, not only of your own but also some special people related to yourself.
