Google just tries to make best possible guesses at the researches made but cannot guess exactly what it is about because Google does not know your thoughts, plans, ideas for future. Yet Google is a powerful and is completely adapting to changes. It is probable the only source which has this much of data and it is continuously working on it to synthesise this data into relevant information.
  • How Google knows everything about you-
it collects data on what videos you watch, the ads you click, your location, device information, and IP address and cookie data. it says it does this to make services work better for you, which is true. If you block everything you also block Google's ability to show you more content it things you will like.
